The upstairs corner bedroom has windows facing the east and south, with hardwood floors, a chandelier, and views of the lake and harbor.

This room has been freshly painted in white and yellow.  Enjoy the blooming lilacs in June right outside your windows.

The south facing bedroom has new blinds, hardwood floors and a view of the lake and harbor.

This room is freshly painted in blue and white.  The closet still sports the Care Bear wallpaper that was here when we bought it, something our daughter asked us to keep.

There are two north facing bedrooms in this apartment, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.

They both have new cellular blinds and are carpeted.  Both are freshly painted.

This building has recently been sold and neither unit is currently available for rent.
