Deposit is $1400 for the 4BR, $700 for the 2 BR.  This cannot be used for the final month's rent payment. Rent is $1400* for the 4BR, $700* for the 2BR.  *Discount available when rent is paid in full and post-marked by the 28th of each month.  Deduct $100 on the 4BR or $50 on the 2BR.  Pricing includes most standard utilities (gas heat, water/sewer, garbage). Electricity (for lights and appliances) is not included in the rent, but averages $25/person/month - tenants would sign up for an account with MN Power and would pay them directly. There is a $25/person credit-check fee due at the time your applications are turned in, which will be credited back to you with your second month's rent payment.  Applications that are rejected due to poor or missing credit histories will not be refunded. We are not currently approved for section 8 residents. This building has recently been sold and neither unit is currently available for rent.
