Can you believe a sink was the reason our entire remodeling project got started?  First there was that old corner sink that leaked and needed replacing, which led to repiping the new sink and replacing the old pipes in the bathroom floor, which led to a new tile floor... when we moved the old sink out, then we had to replace some of the beadboard & chair rail... with the new beadboard in place we had to scrape and paint the rest of the original beadboard to match... when we took the old mirror off the wall we had to take off the old wallpaper which had been cut to fit the mirror brace... and then of course we had to repaint the walls and tub and add a new mirrored cabinet for the sink!  Oh and if that weren't already enough, we had the radiator removed, sandblasted and repainted, too!  Once we got going on the bathroom, we thought well, we might as well do the rest of the unit!                                 For a showing appointment, please contact 952-594-0592 or aspendance@gmail.com.
